CBA Bookkeeping LLC dba Account Mobility
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website of CBA Bookkeeping LLC dba Account Mobility ("Firm," "we," "us," or "our"), including browsing our website, submitting a form, or booking a consultation. These Terms apply to visitors and prospective clients. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
By accessing our website, submitting a form, or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit information to us.

01
Acceptance & Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms apply to anyone who visits our website (accountmobility.com), submits an inquiry or onboarding form, or books a consultation with us whether or not you ever become a client. If you engage us to provide bookkeeping, payroll, or tax services, that engagement will be governed by a separate signed Statement of Work ("SOW"), as described in Section 10 below.
02
Services We Offer
Account Mobility provides monthly bookkeeping, transaction categorization, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, month-end closing, payroll processing, sales tax processing, tax preparation and planning support, and QuickBooks setup and cleanups to contractors, tradespeople, and other small business owners. Specific services, deliverables, pricing, and service cadence for any engagement are set out in a separate signed SOW, not on this website.
No Assurance Engagement: We do not perform an audit, review, compilation, or any other assurance or attestation engagement subject to standards of the AICPA, SEC, or other regulatory or professional bodies. Our services should never be referred to as an audit, review, or any form of assurance engagement.
03
No Professional Relationship Until Engagement
Browsing our website, submitting a form, booking a consultation, or exchanging general information with us does not create a client relationship, an engagement for services, or any professional or fiduciary duty. A client relationship begins only once you and the Firm execute a signed SOW.
Any general information provided on our website, in a consultation, or in written or verbal communications prior to a signed SOW is for general informational purposes only, is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances, and should not be relied upon as such. Firm does not guarantee profitability, tax outcomes, or financial performance.
04
Scheduling & Consultations
You may request a consultation through our website or scheduling tools. We reserve the right to accept or decline any consultation or prospective engagement at our discretion. Scheduling a consultation does not obligate either party to enter into an SOW.
05
SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions (A2P 10DLC)
Program/Company Name: CBA Bookkeeping LLC dba Account Mobility.
Two Separate Types of Messaging
We send two distinct categories of text messages, and consent to each is collected and managed separately:
If you are a client or prospective client, we may send non-marketing messages tied to your inquiry, appointment, or account such as document requests, billing alerts, appointment reminders, and responses to your inquiries as necessary to respond to you or administer our business relationship with you. These messages are not subject to a separate marketing opt-in.
Separately, if you affirmatively opt in (typically via an unchecked checkbox at the point your phone number is collected), we may send marketing messages, including promotional offers, discounts, and sales updates about our Services. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any Services, and you may decline this opt-in while still becoming or remaining a client.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the type of messages you receive and your engagement with us. Marketing message frequency is typically 2 to 6 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel or revoke your consent to receive marketing text messages at any time. Simply reply STOP to any marketing text message you receive from us. Upon sending "STOP," you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further marketing messages will be sent unless you explicitly opt in again. Opting out of marketing messages does not necessarily stop transactional/operational messages tied to your inquiry or an active client engagement.
Help & Support
For assistance or questions regarding our text messaging practices, reply HELP to any message, or email us directly at chris@accountmobility.com.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Third-Party Sharing of Opt-In Data
We do not sell or rent SMS opt-in information, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent/opt-in data with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how SMS-related data is handled.
06
Email & Marketing Communications
If you provide your email address and opt in, we may send you marketing emails and newsletters. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails necessary to respond to your inquiry or administer an existing engagement.
07
Website Content & Intellectual Property
All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, and design is owned by or licensed to the Firm and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use website content for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written consent.
08
Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may link to or use third-party services, such as scheduling tools, payment processors, Client Hub, or social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
09
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Our website and any general information provided prior to a signed SOW are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our website or from general information provided prior to a signed SOW.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Firm, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of our website or violation of these Terms.
10
If You Become a Client
If you engage us for bookkeeping, payroll, or tax services, your engagement will be governed by a separate signed Statement of Work ("SOW") and any accompanying Master Agreement between you and the Firm. That agreement, not this website Terms & Conditions page, will set out the specific terms applicable to your engagement, including pricing, billing cadence, retainers, refund policy, scope of services, workflow requirements (including Client Hub), confidentiality, data retention, and termination. Nothing in this page should be read as describing the terms of any specific client engagement.
11
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising out of these Terms through informal discussions. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to participate in mediation prior to initiating litigation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, unless otherwise specified in writing.
12
General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Firm regarding your use of our website, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding that subject matter. A signed SOW, once executed, governs your specific client engagement.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, website, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
